Prometheus 2021 Riverland Rose

It’s said that this is a rose that will make you feel like you’re on a summer holiday, and it is not wrong. It’s light, crisp and refreshing, with a burst of red berry flavours and a hint of spice. It’s dry, crisp and savouriness makes it food friendly. It’s made with organic grapes and wild yeasts, for a natural and pure expression of the Riverland terroir. It’s a wine that will make you smile and say “cheers” to life. I really enjoyed it and could certainly enjoy this equally with light foods or by itself. Lacking slightly on a lack of distinction however this certainly comes well recommended from me.
