The goal, to generate a BBQ, smoking and cooking on coals cookbook made and voted by our community. It will include the following;

1. Rubs (x5)

2. Glaze and Sauces (x10)

3. Starters (x 10)

4. Mains (x 20)

5. Wine suggestions and pairings

Wine Tasting and Scoring

One of our promises will be to make available a wine tasting template with Bigba's Scoring, and normalisation calculation to help you track, imrove on your tasting and in general your wine tasting capabilities. Watch this space as there will be more available to purchase once our tasting books are available.

Caravan Design

This is one of our most exciting up and coming projects. We are designing a caravan and once we are well into the process, have the content and direction we will begin to share the content. This will include;
